Or would you prefer to do the rehab yourself? We can source properties as-is, or supply you with one from our extensive inventory. We can even do seller financing in some situations.
Once you've found your property, it's time to close, and we'll be ready when you are. We can take title to properties ahead of time so you can be sure they are free from liens, code violations, and other encumbrances.

We'll even find a renter for you. That way you know your investment is performing, from week one. Our team of licensed agents has access to resources most investors don't, so we can get the best possible rent for your investment.
